- Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to identify new product opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and manufacturers, to define clear product specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept ideation, prototyping, and testing to final market launch.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with local and international safety and quality standards.
- Present product proposals, roadmaps, and performance reports to leadership to secure stakeholder buy-in and resources.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development or a similar role within the marketing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, supply chain management, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
