- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for new skincare formulations from concept to commercial launch
- Conduct comprehensive market research and trend analysis to identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop prototypes and optimize product formulations
- Manage product improvement initiatives for existing skincare portfolio
- Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing and technical specifications
- Develop product specifications and documentation for manufacturing
- Analyze consumer feedback and market performance data to refine products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in skincare product development
- Strong understanding of cosmetic formulation principles and ingredient technologies
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetic products in Indonesia
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage timelines and budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in product testing protocols and quality assurance processes
