Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales data and market trends to classify and manage fast-moving and slow-moving garment products effectively.
- Lead the product development team, providing mentorship and ensuring the timely delivery of samples and bulk production.
- Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, and production departments to align product lines with brand strategy.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished garments to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate production costs to maximize profitability.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on seasonal demand and historical sales performance.
- Implement sustainable and ethical practices within the garment manufacturing process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment product development, technical design, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and manufacturing machinery.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a busy production environment.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
