Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features for our core platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate conceptual ideas into technical requirements.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by balancing clean code with intuitive UI/UX design.
- Optimize platform performance, stability, and security to handle increasing user demand.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and agile sprint cycles.
- Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to iterate on product features continuously.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to maintain high platform availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-stack or frontend-focused software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern web frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js) and backend languages (Node.js, Go, or Python).
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a deep understanding of UX principles.
- Proven ability to work in an agile environment and manage projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus.
