Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and lead the development of our flagship learning platform using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and high performance of our software ecosystem.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and best-practice sharing.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to coding standards.
- Manage deployment pipelines and oversee infrastructure health in a cloud-native environment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in full-stack web development or product engineering.
- Deep understanding of modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
