Medikon Utama Pharmalab is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta. As a Product Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing and product strategy, ensuring that our pharmaceutical products reach their target audience effectively while maintaining market compliance and competitive positioning.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and market demand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute brand strategies, analyze market trends, and drive engagement with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry, possessing excellent communication skills and a keen eye for market opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective promotional materials and tools.
  • Organize and facilitate product training sessions for medical representatives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from launch strategies to post-market monitoring.
  • Analyze sales data and market feedback to recommend product improvements or strategic adjustments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management or brand management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian pharmaceutical market landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
