Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training modules to sales and internal teams.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics and market feedback.
- Develop effective product knowledge sharing sessions to ensure high competency levels across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with consumer needs.
- Track industry trends and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain updated documentation on product features and market positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, sales support, or market research.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to lead training sessions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
