Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Principal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between principals and branch offices to ensure product alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify growth opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitor activities and consumer demands.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product roadmaps, performance reports, and strategic updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Revenue Optimization: Drive initiatives to maximize product profitability and market share through strategic adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related managerial role.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to formulate long-term strategies based on data.
- Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate and negotiate with principals and external partners.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, or data analytics tools is a plus.
