In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent Product Master across all our branches, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
As a Product Management Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our operational data and strategic business goals. Your primary focus will be on generating comprehensive performance analysis and reports based on real-world data. We are looking for someone who can translate complex data sets into actionable insights that drive product optimization and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update the centralized Product Master data to ensure consistency across all company branches.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed, data-driven reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor product inventory and lifecycle data to support supply chain and sales strategies.
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality data standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), SQL, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data simply.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is a plus.
