Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for core lending capabilities.
- Lead cross‑functional squads to design, develop, and launch automated underwriting and collection features.
- Analyze user data and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize the product backlog.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate quickly.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure product meets regulatory and business standards.
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or digital finance.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products that handle credit decisioning and collections.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, or BI tools for data‑driven insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Passion for user experience, rapid experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
