Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and user needs.

- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
