Are you ready to lead the future of digital transactions? Mitra Transaksi Indonesia is looking for a skilled Product Manager Digital Product & Payment Gateway to spearhead our payment infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our payment gateway, ensuring seamless integration, superior user experience, and robust security for our clients.
Your mission will involve defining product vision, managing complex roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business stakeholders. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify market trends, optimize conversion rates, and drive innovation in the fintech space. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Payment Gateway.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and API integrations.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product launches.
- Analyze product performance metrics to continuously improve user experience and revenue.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in Fintech, E-commerce, or Digital Payment sectors.
- Strong understanding of Payment Gateway workflows, fraud prevention, and security protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
