- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for educational products
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and business teams to deliver high-quality features
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value and user impact
- Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Engage with educators, students, and stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve product offerings
- Drive product excellence by championing best practices in agile development and user-centric design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech or education sector
- Deep understanding of learning technologies, curriculum design, and educational ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred) to collaborate effectively with local users and teams
