Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through technology? Halodoc is looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager I to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama. As a key player in our product organization, you will bridge the gap between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science to build seamless healthcare experiences for millions of Indonesians. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can turn ambiguous data into actionable product requirements and deliver features that make a tangible impact on the health and well-being of our community.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Halodoc's overarching business goals.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize a detailed product roadmap based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends.
- Write comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories that empower engineering and design teams.
- Manage the product backlog and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate them into innovative product solutions.
- Ensure a seamless user experience by conducting regular usability testing and competitive analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product management or a closely related technical role.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics).
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for digital healthcare transformation.
