We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager to join the Purchasing Department at Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman). In this pivotal role, you will investigate, select, and develop products that drive our business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our Computers & Communications portfolio. Your expertise will help identify emerging market trends, analyze consumer behavior, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best technology and communication devices. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete product lifecycle for Computers & Communications products, from concept and development to launch and retirement.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute product strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, marketing, and sales, to ensure product alignment.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize product positioning, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing structures.
- Create compelling product documentation, presentations, and marketing materials for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the retail or IT/Computer sector.
- Strong understanding of the Computers & Communications product market and technology trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
