Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for risk-related products, from conception to launch and beyond
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
- Represent the product vision internally and externally to stakeholders and customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on risk products
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and financial markets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile development environments and using product management tools
