As a Product Manager for Risk Products, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, compliance, and business stakeholders to develop innovative risk assessment tools, fraud detection systems, and credit risk models. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product strategy for risk management solutions, including fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and compliance monitoring systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders through regular updates and presentations
- Analyze user feedback and product performance data to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in risk management or fintech products
- Strong understanding of financial risk management concepts, fraud detection systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in risk management is a plus
