As the Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to identify market opportunities, develop product roadmaps, and ensure the successful launch of high-impact surgical initiatives. Your primary focus will be on maximizing product profitability, optimizing lifecycle management, and providing clinical stakeholders with the tools they need to improve patient outcomes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for the surgical portfolio to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Lead cross-departmental teams in the lifecycle management of surgical products, from conceptualization to post-market surveillance.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify unmet surgical needs and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to design compelling value propositions and high-impact launch campaigns.
- Engage directly with surgeons and clinical staff to gather product feedback and ensure clinical alignment.
- Manage the product profitability pipeline, including pricing strategies, cost optimization, and inventory forecasting.
- Oversee training programs for internal sales teams on product technical specifications and clinical applications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the medical device or surgical instrumentation sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory environment for medical devices.
- Proven track record of managing product launches and driving cross-departmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market research tools.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
