Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for travel-related features.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA) to deliver high-quality product iterations in an Agile environment.
- Analyze user behavior data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and conversion optimization.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with overarching company objectives and profitability targets.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and improve user engagement metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Product Management, preferably within the Travel, E-commerce, or Fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles in a high-traffic tech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for solving complex user problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
