Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product development processes, from concept ideation to market launch.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and key industry influencers.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate and optimize existing product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, R&D, and sales to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create compelling sales collateral and marketing materials to support promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business development opportunities to expand our reach in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or business development, preferably within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the coffee industry landscape and consumer preferences in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience in managing digital marketing channels and social media strategy is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of creativity and problem-solving capability.
