Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for product lifecycle management? Tripacific Electrindo is seeking a highly analytical and creative Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our products and our customers, ensuring that our offerings resonate in a competitive landscape.
You will be responsible for evaluating product performance, conducting market research, and crafting strategic recommendations that drive growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling market narratives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify trends to optimize market positioning.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to enhance product value.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for product improvements based on customer feedback and sales data.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including product guides, sales presentations, and case studies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian consumer electronics or industrial market is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
