Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional content across Shopify and Shopee platforms
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely launches
- Implement A/B testing for product placements, visuals, and descriptions to maximize conversion rates
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards to track merchandising effectiveness
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling product visuals and content
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product merchandising or e-commerce management
- Proficiency in Shopify and Shopee marketplace operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
