Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and manage the assortment for the Men's category to meet sales and margin targets.
- Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for inventory adjustments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
- Execute seasonal range planning and promotional strategies to maximize sell-through.
- Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure products are displayed effectively in-store.
- Conduct competitor analysis to remain ahead of market shifts and consumer preferences.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product merchandising or retail buying, preferably in the Men's apparel sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deep understanding of the local retail market landscape and consumer behavior in Singapore.
- Proactive mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
