We are looking for a hybrid-minded marketer who balances 60% lifestyle-driven engagement with 40% rigorous B2B tactical execution. You aren't just a desk strategist; you are a 'field-first' leader who understands that real growth happens where the brand meets the community. If you are data-driven, comfortable navigating high-stakes partnerships, and possess a knack for translating complex B2B solutions into compelling offline narratives, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies, including large-scale events and community-building programs.
  • Lead B2B product marketing campaigns to drive adoption and market penetration for our integration solutions.
  • Build and maintain high-value strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and lead generation pipelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and conversion rates across all offline channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Growth) to align offline initiatives with overall business KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, from conceptualization and budgeting to on-ground execution and post-event analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Jakarta region to pivot strategies proactively.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, event management, or product marketing (B2B focus preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing community-driven marketing initiatives with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for high-level partnership management.
  • Resilient, field-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
