Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing product operations processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance execution speed and quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define operational requirements for new features and releases.
- Monitor and report on key product performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring all operational tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Liaise with customer support and sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and operational gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Product Operations, Operations Management, or a similar support role within the tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using project management and workflow automation tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience in the marketing or telecommunications sector is a plus.
