Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize product operations workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times
- Develop and implement process documentation, SOPs, and quality control measures
- Coordinate product launch activities across multiple teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate operational requirements into product development
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and alignment on operational priorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and optimization
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and data analysis software
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies in product environments
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
