Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Product Management team in daily operational tasks and workflow coordination.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to track product feature performance and user engagement.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, user guides, and internal wikis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure project alignment.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity.
- Assist in QA testing for new feature rollouts to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback channels and synthesize findings into actionable insights for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau/Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A proactive learner with a deep interest in Product Management and tech-driven operations.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration.
