Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and audit current product operation workflows to identify areas for quality and speed improvement.
- Support product managers in the end-to-end launch process, ensuring all documentation and operational requirements are met.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product health and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring operational blockers and implement sustainable fixes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge bases and process playbooks for product team accessibility.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product rollout schedules.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform future operational enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Excel/Google Sheets).
- Proven ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in process mapping and optimization within an Agile product development environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
