Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain the comprehensive product roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
- Create detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (AC) for development teams.
- Prioritize features based on business value, ROI, and user feedback.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure prototypes and products are delivered to a high standard.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on solutions to improve user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst (Associate to Lead level available).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
