Are you a visionary Product Owner looking to lead the charge in digital transformation? Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a dynamic individual to define product roadmaps, champion user needs, and drive the team towards success. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring our products deliver real value to our users. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business goals into actionable user stories and ensuring the development team understands the 'why' behind their work.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for sprint planning.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Track product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst (Associate to Lead level available).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and prototyping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to rally a cross-functional team and influence without authority.
