Are you a visionary Product Owner looking to make a significant impact? Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a talented Product Owner to lead our product initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will come up with the product roadmap and rally other people to join your cause to realize your product vision. You are expected to be able to prototype concepts and translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution. You will define the product strategy, manage the backlog, and ensure that the team delivers value that aligns with business goals. You will work closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst (Associate to Senior/Lead level available).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to rally teams towards a common goal.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma or Balsamiq.
- Experience with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
