Tanggung Jawab
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.
- Create wireframes, user stories, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate product requirements.
- Manage the product backlog, conduct grooming sessions, and ensure the team has a clear direction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product assumptions.
- Drive product success metrics (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to rally teams towards a common goal.
- Experience in the Telecommunication or Technology sector is a plus.
