Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and quarterly OKRs in alignment with company strategy.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and value-driven decisions.
- Lead cross-functional squads through agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and metrics to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate priorities, and communicate progress transparently.
- Drive data-informed experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize features.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the product lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or similar role (associate to senior/lead levels).
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from concept to launch using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and project management platforms (e.g., JIRA).
- Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) or equivalent is preferred.
