Our mission is to simplify the complex world of finance, making it easier for millions of Indonesians to find the right insurance, loans, and investment products. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to join our team and drive the evolution of our digital ecosystem. As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that our product roadmap delivers maximum value to our users. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and leading agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

You will be expected to advocate for the customer, prioritize features effectively, and ensure that technical implementation aligns with business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Track product performance metrics (KPIs) and report on progress to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Fintech or FinTech sector is highly preferred.
