Tanggung Jawab
- Define and prioritize product backlog based on business objectives and user research
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on product vision
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Facilitate sprint planning and ceremonies while tracking progress against KPIs
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify product opportunities
- Ensure product quality through continuous testing and iteration cycles
- Present product roadmap and progress to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of product ownership experience in fintech or tech industry
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with fintech regulations and financial product development
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products
