Tanggung Jawab
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through stakeholder interviews
- Create prototypes and user stories to validate product features
- Manage product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery
- Measure product performance and iterate based on user feedback
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of product ownership/management experience
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian tech market preferred
