As the voice of the customer and champion of product strategy, you'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to prioritize features, validate assumptions through user research, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and user-centered design will ensure our products not only meet market needs but exceed user expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align stakeholders
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to validate product concepts
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive user experiences
- Represent customer needs during development cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-5+ years of product ownership or product management experience
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Knowledge of Indonesian market preferences and user behavior
