Are you a visionary Product Owner with a passion for digital finance and e-commerce? PT Pasifik Cipta Solusi is looking for a dynamic and data-driven Product Owner to join our team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between business goals and user needs, driving the growth and user experience (UX) strategy for our flagship e-wallet and e-commerce ecosystem.
You will work in close collaboration with our technical Product Managers to transform complex requirements into seamless, intuitive features that delight our customers. If you are an expert at balancing market trends, user pain points, and business scalability, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product roadmap for our e-wallet and e-commerce platform based on market research and user data.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and clear specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify friction points and enhance the overall UX/UI of the application.
- Partner with the engineering team to prioritize backlogs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality feature releases.
- Monitor key product performance metrics (KPIs) and utilize A/B testing to optimize conversion and user retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure product vision alignment across all departments.
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify growth opportunities for our payment and retail solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a Fintech or E-commerce company.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent ability to document requirements, user flows, and product specs with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of improving product metrics through user-centric design and data analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
