Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards for automotive products.
- Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and audits of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate root causes of quality defects, non-conformances, and customer complaints, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality-by-design principles and optimize production processes.
- Utilize quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, and PPAP for process improvement and problem-solving.
- Analyze quality data, generate reports, and present findings to management, recommending actionable improvements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and certifications (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Participate in supplier quality assessments and collaborate with suppliers to enhance component quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing quality, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, 8D, PPAP).
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and analytical software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
