Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to maximize product distribution and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities in retail settings
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and market intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized sales campaigns
- Ensure brand compliance and visual merchandising standards in assigned territories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales or retail experience in consumer products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for field travel)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends for promotional events
