Filipinas Multi-Line Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Product Sales Consultant (Field) to join our retail team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product visibility, managing key retail accounts, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., maintaining a professional appearance (polo shirt, pants, and closed shoes). Your focus will be on building strong relationships with store managers and merchants, conducting regular field visits, and ensuring that our consumer products are optimally displayed and stocked.

Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, executing promotional activities, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing detailed sales reports. You will collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and consistent brand presence.

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent product placement and visibility.

  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement in‑store promotional activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, territory mapping, and data‑driven recommendations for management.
  • Uphold company policies, professional dress code, and ethical standards during all client interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or consumer product industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned area.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
