Tanggung Jawab
- Drive product sales through field visits, demonstrations, and consultative selling techniques
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic market coverage
- Conduct product training sessions for retail partners and end-users
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and activity documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards in all client interactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in direct sales or retail customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field assignments
