Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential product trends and emerging niches.
- Source, vet, and maintain professional relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to optimize profit margins.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, including sampling and prototyping.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive product improvements and iteration.
- Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product launches and accurate documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or e-commerce development.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with international or local suppliers.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
