Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to medical professionals, pharmacists, and internal sales teams to ensure deep understanding of product features and benefits.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare providers through regular consultations and professional engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales departments to plan and execute successful product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement and sales strategy optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales sector.
- Strong understanding of clinical products and a solid grasp of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust with medical professionals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
