Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for product-related inquiries and demonstrations.
- Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to advocate for user requirements and feature enhancements.
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, FAQs, and product knowledge bases.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position our product effectively within the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Specialist, Sales Engineering, or Technical Support role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic contract environment.
