Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training for internal teams and key stakeholders
- Create compelling technical documentation and educational materials
- Act as primary technical liaison between R&D and commercial teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to design effective product launch strategies
- Provide expert-level support for customer inquiries and technical challenges
- Contribute to product enhancement based on field feedback and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field (cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, biotechnology)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in technical product support or scientific sales preferred
- Proficiency in scientific data interpretation and presentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
