Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Saberindo Pacific product lines.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to prepare technical proposals and support the sales cycle.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the product development team.
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and product training materials.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members regarding technical product specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technical support, product management, or sales engineering role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to deliver professional presentations to large or technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a contract-based professional environment.
