In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our extensive fastener product portfolio, ensuring that our inventory meets the diverse needs of our industrial and retail clients. You will act as the subject matter expert for bolts, nuts, screws, and related hardware, bridging the gap between technical requirements and market demand. Your insights will drive our product strategy, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive in the local market.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from identifying market trends and customer needs to coordinating with procurement teams for accurate sourcing. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for fasteners, including sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock availability and reduce obsolescence.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance for all fastener products.
- Collaborate closely with the procurement team to secure high-quality materials from reliable suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating product descriptions and technical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the industrial, retail, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of fastener types, materials, and technical specifications (e.g., ISO standards).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, Excel, and other data management tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
