Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for medical staff to ensure product proficiency.
- Provide clinical support and guidance on the usage of medical devices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support for all clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Nursing, Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical representation is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade medical professionals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for travel within the assigned region.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
