Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute product demonstration strategies to healthcare professionals and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide comprehensive technical training to clients regarding the safe and effective use of medical devices.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends within the local medical device sector.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and technical documentation for prospective tenders.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding product performance and competitive landscape shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare/scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in medical device sales or product specialization.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and medical device regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Bandung area and surrounding regions as required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C).
